![]() Man suing Apple, claims Mafia send threats via iPod
This is a real kicker, I can’t stop smirking if it’s true or just outright funny. Is it even possible. Well a man, Gregory McKenna, in Missouri, USA, has filed a suit against Apple Inc., alleging that the multinational corporation conspired with the Italian Mafia against him. How? Well it seems two Apple iPods, that contained illegal receivers, was used in sending him threatening messages. One is the iPod shuffle to receive, and the other iPod Mini to send the threats. Why is he receiving such threats then. It seems that the Mafia has some ‘beef’ with him, and decided to scheme to stalk, extort and torture him. The Mafia wanted McKenna to work as a fashion model for them at a New York modeling agency it seems, and I reckon he said no. Gregory McKenna filed a $14.2 million suit against Apple and other defendants, which includes the St. Louis County Police Department, an auto mechanic and unknown FBI agents. Yup even the police is being sued, because McKenna finds that they failed to respond to his calls in a manner he found acceptable.
